From late November. Warrel says there will be another Nevermore record and this February he will perform all of DNB in Israel with a death metal band backing him. Fucking hell I hope someone tapes all of that.
He also said Nevermore wasn't breaking up, but after both Jeff and Van left, it was pretty much broken. Keeping the name does not a Nevermore make. And saying that there will be another "Nevermore" album could be based off of talks he's been having, or it could just be vocalized wishful thinking.

Not really sure what the relevance is of saying a "death metal" band instead of just "backing band". Unless this is an indication that they are basically going to be doing a cover version of the album with Warrel doing a bunch of low/shouty stuff.
Way to read way too much into the video. When asked if there would be another Nevermore album, he said:
Of course, I don't know who would be in the band, but yeah. There will be another Nevermore record. I can't tell you who's going to play on it, but the label's supportive of that idea, obviously for whatever reasons.
Seriously. We already knew he was open to the idea of a ruinion of sorts but this interview says nothing at all, other than him being positive about the possibility.
