Damn I´m addicted to coffee!!!!

I also started eating heaps of fruit lately, and it's made a huge difference to my energy levels and general well being

^^This - I've really upped my fruit intake over the past several weeks (combination of effort and seasonal availability - love me some apples) and it has helped my energy level considerably.

I cant drink coffee it makes me jittery and makes my heart race and will even give me panic attacks sometimes. Sucks because when I'm burning the midnight oil I would love some caffeine to keep me going. Well maybe I'm better off thought, right. :bah:

Before I left the US and moved to Australia I worked 3rd shift, 6 nights a week for several months all the while sleeping on a couch in the livingroom at my mother's house, which was also shared by my sister, her 2 sons (3 and 5 yrs old), a great dane who thought she was a lap dog and as many electronic toys, games, computers, stereos as possible, ALL running at full volume starting at the ass-crack of dawn.
It goes without saying that I didn't get much sleep during that time and relied HEAVILY on stimulants to stay alive and functioning. Coffee (at least 1 or 2 pots a day... 12-24 cups?), energy drinks by the 6 pack, no-doze tabs, ephedrine from gas stations/servos.... all were my best of friends during that period.
The real treat was when I'd agree to babysit for my sister while she went out with friends early in the evening/night and I'd let my nephews eat as much sugar as they could stand....
no sleep for mommy

I took those Bees pills that are in gas stations once, and was up for like a day and a half once and it was the worst experience of my life. I was seeing shit by the end.

Yellow Jackets, or at least they were called so back in the days before Ephedra was banned.
I think the newer version without Ephedra are either called Hornets or Stingers or something.
