The Swedish airforce might do well. If we were attacked they would surely play a big role. And they don't need real combat experience to be effective, that was proven in the fighting in Congo 1962. But whatever, if anyone would realy try to attack Sweden we would be owned

They sort of helped you in the Winter War though. As you might not have read in school and so on, the swedes collected airplanes to give away for free as military aid. Not a big deal really, the amount of planes that was just given away represented like 1/3 of the Swedish Air Force fighter inventory. But please, please continue with the cynic humor against the swedes being lame during the WWII - it wouldn't be the same without it...

What I do remember from school actually is that Sweden refused to give any military aid to Finland during the Winter War or Continuation War, to maintain neutrality. Sweden also refused to let Germany or Britain send military aid to Finland through Sweden. They turned a blind eye to Swedish volunteers joining the Finnish army though.

But that Ahvenanmaa comment had nothing to do with WWII, and hardly anything with reality either.

It's a Swedish island that leeches off Finland I think keeping Åland a part of Finland is just silly, it should be returned to Sweden, because the people are Swedish and it has no historical basis to be under Finnish "rule".
