damn it's slow here today!

Arrrrgh!!!! Why is it that Nevermore is plugged far too often for my liking....I find it necessary to remind everyone that The politics Of Ecstacy bored me to tears!!!

And as a funny coincidence....it is on this Slow Day that I feel I have had my biggest posting mish on this board.....I think I am liking it here!

Like I give a goat fuck whether or not YOU dig Nevermore...Did you even read my song? Just because I'm a huge Nevermore fan doesn't mean my music is in that vein.

***go to the Nevermore forum and check out my song "Doom's March"*** Think deathgrind when you're reading it.

Doom's march is on!
Carnal cleansing begins
Get in line, this is the end

Chained to the soul in front of you
Blood will spill nothing you can do
The slave drivers take pleasure in torturing you
Their god of divinity told them to

After so many years of lies
The masses began to defy
But such blasphemy could not be tolerated
Now common sense is targeted....for annihilation!

Doom's march is on!
Carnal cleansing begins
Get in line
This is the end

Kneel or die,
Innocence will not survive
One last chance to live, just pray to Him
What will you do? Join the lie or die?

In life slavery is now imminent
Sanity is but a thing of the past
Only two options for you now
Worship him or be crucified up the ass!

Doom's march is on!
Carnal cleansing begins
Get in line, this is the end!!!!!!!!

Hey ct_trash,

What's up and hello!

*Hell yeah I like these lyrics, sounds perfect for a death metal song

So you like Nevermore huh? Another great AugDawg story, back in my days of Seattle I meet(can't remember which) two of the guys from Nevermore and this was right after they were Sanctuary and Nevermore was a brand new band. It was funny cause the band I was in at the time was rehearsing at the rehearsal wharehouse type building that rented out rooms to bands, and the girl that worked there was like "Hey August, come here I got someone I want you to meet", and when I went into the room I was like "Oh hello, I'm sorry I don't know you" and the girl was like "oh, these guys use to be in Sanctuary" and I about shit my pants cause I had the only two Sanctuary albums(still have em), but they were very nice and they invited me to go party with em(since they lived in Seattle at the time, don't know if they are still there). Ofcourse I didn't make it out that night, cause I guess I would remember their names then. Nice guys from Nevermore, God I've been around

Again, cool lyrics ct_trash!

Well thank you! And cool story! It doesn't suprise me though. The Nevermore guys ARE cool guys. When I went to their show a year ago today, I unforunately couldn't stay long enough to try and meet them, but after their set they stayed on stage and slapped every hand in the pit til there weren't any more. Not to mention the righteous set they played! Their names are:
Warrel Dane(vocals)
Jim Sheppard(bass)
Jeff Loomis(guitar)
Van Williams(drums)
Tim Calvert(former 2nd guitarist)
Pat O'Brien(former 2nd guitarist)
and some other dude who played guitar on tour for a while and i can't even remember his name!

Again, thanks for the compliments! I appreciate it! But I'm Thrash not Trash! he he he he he

Let us know when you have music to go along with those lyrics!
