Damn. No DT for me.

Well, I slipped on ice last night and am now on crutches + wearing a cast. I supposed to keep off my knee for 1-2 weeks.

I had tickets for DT/OPETH but it's standing room only at MacEwan Hall and I can't really stand.

When they came to CR I had about 40 degrees of fever but I still went.

Nope. I have a torn ligament in my right knee that may require surgery. So, no standing, no work and no DT.

Hope they come back to my neck of the woods next year.

I agree with lil blood red riding hood. There is no excuse to miss a DT show. Also, if you aren't allowed standing at all, why were you given crutches? go to the show or you'll regret it.

I'll see the band on their next tour but look forward to reading reviews on Friday. I won't risk my ability to walk properly again for the sake of one show.

Hopefullly, DT can headline a Canadian tour, get on a Gigantour type tour etc for the next album.
