No to Lost to apathy. People seem to vote so that the old songs, which bear lots of memories, like the ones which introduced them to the band, stay on the race. Btw, who remembers the time when these polls got like one third of the votes this poll has got so far?

Except the first single, of course. A band can't know which song their fans will like the most if they're just about to release a cd, and yet people always tend to like the first single a lot.

I think it's obvious that insanity's crescendo is to lose, so we should go to the next round asap (until more dead people might vote for some other song)

@Gums: Usually its just the track with the most commercial potential. I remember when LTA was released there was some debate about it, the band assuring people that that's not the entire flavour of the album etc. and that the album is actually more brutal. so *shugs*. I guess singles reach that "Classic" stature in our minds alot quicker because they have this sort of crown over them due to the way they are made recognised.

also, Lta was century media's choice, which means they most probably picked the song they thought had the biggest commerciel potential.

Yeah, but by cheating I meant creating multiple accounts to screw the poll results. Strategical voting has always been the nature of this game, and I never counted it as cheating.
