I was kind of hoping I could go along with Darkspot to the Tool show, but my stupid ass mother didn't want me to. Didn't say why.

Maybe your mother was worried you'd do drugs or worship Satan or fall down or consume sugar,Famous Amos.Isn't that what she's usually worried about.It would be great if you and Gallu could come to the concert w/me...but the tickets cost a lot and there would've been a lot of issues that no doubt our parents would've had to work out,etc.

Wow,the Tool concert sounds great,I can't wait to go.If you haven't read that one thread of mine,ct thrash,I'm going to North Carolina in about a week and I get back to Md on the 9th of August,which is the day before the concert.And I don't have much to look forward to doing in N.C. so the concert will be even better since it's something to do and I've been waiting so damn long for it.

Well we've had all of those Just Say No and D.A.R.E.programs in school that tell everyone not to do drugs and that drugs are bad(of course them telling us this only makes us want to do them more and it's really easy to score heroin in Westminster so...)and all of the Bible-thumping.You know,it seems that both Amos's mother and my mother(the hippie pothead)believe that drugs are bad and Satan is bad,too(even though Amos's mom is an athiest)...and Amos is diabetic,so she can't have sugar.

As for the Powerpuff Girls being on crack(even though I have no idea how this fits into the topic...it's about drugs so I guess that's it)...well no shit!Just the name of the cartoon would make you think that...Power Puff...all of these damn cartoons and their damn subliminal messages...I bet if you tape the Powerpuff Girls and play it backwards on your VCR,it'll say "Do drugs...they are your friends"
