Dave Mustaine's Line 6 sig. head

Jeff Loomis, unless he's mistaken or I misheard him. He showed me a big picture of Dave Mustaine and Andy in the control room at Backstage in the latest Guitar World, and the article also included a little photo/caption of Dave's new amp. He mentioned how Andy said it sounded pretty good, and that it's got tubes in it. I don't know if that means preamp or power amp tubes or what, but...I guess we'll wait and see. I would be really surprised that if it didn't, to some degree, still have some kind of Line6 amp modeling technology in there.

Thats cool.

I'd like to see it with a tube poweramp, seeing as it's 4u it certainly hints at that.

The picture of his amp on the Line6 site is definitely not of a VettaII head. His amp is a completely silver rackmount unit that says "LINE6" real big on the front with bold letters. The eBay ad seems to be just another cheap ploy to make more money off of something by misrepresenting it. Fucking people.

In Technology but not in tone. (IMHO)

Yep I was talking about technology not tone, they were among the firsts to make digital amps, claiming they found the grail tone....
Bah the only top I liked is the HD147, I liked just the boogie emulation anyway.
The vetta is not bad but it's too expensive.
Andy said that head won't be released, we'll see how it turns out.
