Does anyone know what he's doing now? Like, if he's going to be contributing any material to the next VR? I know he's not in the band, but it's hard to believe that he's not doing anything musical at all.

Yeah, I fucking love his stuff on the last two VR albums, I pretty much always skip right to his sections Seriously though, an absolutely insane player, both technically and in taste

I thought Dave Suzuki practically WAS Vital Remains... Why are they even still a thing without him?

Also, the tone here is good, but I remember it being really bad on Dechristianize... Never listened to Icons of Evil.

Apparently that Tony guy is Vital Remains. He's been the main songwriter and rhythm guitarist since the band was started in the early 90s. They went nowhere and made mediocre music 'til Suzuki, then BAM, a few really awesome CDs with drums/guitar thanks to him. Now he's gone.

Go figure!!
