Dear Marshall

Because an amp is cheaper mean it doesn't compare?
That has to got to be the worst logic I've heard all day
No, you got me wrong!

What I meant was that for a lot of people a Roadster isn't really an option because it's so damn expensive (at least in Europe). So when Marcus says that the Roadster can hold up to the JVM feature-wise I
agree but since it's more than double the prize of the JVM it can't really be compared, can it? I mean when your budget is restricted you don't really have the option to get it.
You know what I mean?

way too hot...

ow yeah, i like marshalls, my first amp was a valvestate 8080, then i got a 50 watt dual reverb jcm900 + 1960a cab which wasn't too bad, at least it sounded tight, the jcm900 sl-x i had after it was quite mushy, every not you muted on that amp would sound like whomp whomp instead of shack schack like a tighter amp does, could see the use of that for stoner or so.

now a got a 2203KK, marshall should make a version of that with a few more options, like add the resonance control from the jvm, and several flavours of the boost it has now. fx loop too of course.

i tried a jvm too and liked it, exept it seemed to feedback very easily with not so much gain + the different channels are alot alike.

hell, Alex Skolnick even used the much bashed modefour with a ts in front and gets some kickass tones.

True that - also, wasn't the newest Scar Symmetry a JCM900? If so, then GAME OVER, that tone is fucking deadly IMO!

That 900 is completely rerouted...
They borrowed that amp from Peter Tägtgren "Hypocrisy"...who used that 900 on the latest Hypocrisy release...
