decent low cost preamps with spdif output?

Any ideas? looking for something decent for less than 300 if possible. I see some ART stuff on MF's site, but is there anything else you guys would recommend. Looking to expand my Firepod to 10 channels through the digital inputs.

Yeah broken81 told me about it. It's called the m audio duo.

I found out that it's impossible (well near) to monitor the spdif chanels without latency since you have to listen through your daw software. I have yet to get one of these but I was thinking the same thing myself.
