The Green Evening Requiem began writing songs in 1999, and officially
formed in 2003. Their first demo was released in 2004.

Decomposer, the second full-length album from The Green Evening
Requiem, is now available from Anthropic Records. Recorded over
winter 2010, Decomposer was completed exactly one year after the
release of 2009's Bastards of Atlas.

I gave this a spin and a half today (picked it up at the Biltmore Saturday night). I'm liking it! Really original and progressive—the songs go to some unexpected places. I'll have to organize some thoughts towards a proper review.
