It's just the album cover for the debut album. I doubt they designed it themselves, it's probably from something well known although it might not have been mass produced. Try posting this request on one of the Satanism/occult forums you might have some luck there. I'm not sure that even IS Satan, it might turn out to be some Hindu god of farming or some shit!
