I bought it today too.

The booklet contains pictures of the old house. The pictures are scary, the house looks so deserted and even birds are flying around there like in "The Birds" by Hitchcock. There are a lot of mirrors and in some of them you might see things....
I´ve noticed that the mirror close to the bed appears two times. The first time you can see the legs of a girl in the mirror, in the second picture she is gone and a candle in front of the mirror is missing. I don´t know if this means anything or if there are any "story" about the pictures.
