June 20!

Yeah I got totally spammed on FB today by Devin. The cover is awesome.

That other photo he posted is sweet as well.

I may or may not have them both :heh:

Really though, Ghost is amazing, the whole album is beautiful and atmospheric and just very sonically full and pleasing, "Texada" is one of the coolest soft/electronic songs Devin has ever done.

Deconstruction is totally awesome as well, really really dense and impressive. There are some ridiculously heavy parts, but more dynamics than I was expecting. As a whole I don't think it's heavier than "Alien", which I still think is one of the heaviest albums ever created, period. However, I'm not saying that the use of dynamics is in any way a bad thing...and the compositional aspect of Deconstruction is insane, I don't know how Devin even thinks of half of what he writes. There are also a few parts that will make you downright laugh :)

So god damn excited for these two albums. Devin is coming to Australia later this year too so I cant wait to hear some of this material live!

Mikael on vocals on one song?!? Fuck yeah! As well as Thordendal on guitars on Deconstruction? Wow!

Edit:- Aaron, I say this with the utmost respect.......................you're a cunt! :D I want copies of Ghost and Deconstruction!

I know this is from Ghost, not Deconstruction, but I can't stop listening to it. I just kept playing it in the background while at work yesterday. Love the brush work in the second half of the song.
