Diamond Head US tour?

WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spend less time talking about your chats with NEVERMORE and MORE time letting us know IMPORTANT information like this!!!!!!!

I figured it would get out soon enough. I've known about it for about 3 weeks now, but it wasn't officially announced (at least locally) until yesterday. You should know I can't divulge info on stuff that hasn't been made official by a venue or booking agent yet, they'd hang my ass. Not to mention jinxing the show, haha. I've known about a ton of tours and shows and such ahead of time, that wound up never coming to fruition. Sometimes, I wish I had never known about a couple of them... :(

I understand. I used to promote shows back when I was in college in the 90s. I would get contacted all the time about tours that never came to be. This was before the net was as big with forums and stuff as it is today so it was a lot easier to keep your mouth shut. I would have trouble doing that today though.

So far, it looks like just one Cali date and one Detroit date, aside from a couple Canadian dates.

I would guess if Al Atkins is going to hit the road, over half the set will be Priest tunes anyhow, which is why he is probably billing himself as "At Atkins" I have not heard HOLY RAGE at all.

There's one here too.

Yeah man, I hear you. Local venue rep posts on our local metal board from time to time (or, he used to, anyway) to see whether a tour would be booked or not. There were some killer shows that never happened :(

Almost any song from "Canterbury" for me...

Wait for Diabolik to see this thread. He LOVES that album.
To be honest, I heard that album MANY years ago when I first got into DH, and didn't care for it. I need to revisit it, now that I am a lot more open minded overall about music in general. It might appeal to me more now than it did over 10 years ago.
