Welp, sounds premeditated to me. Another thing that bothers me is that she just blew it off and didn't tell anyone. If someone sends me a text msg that they're going to kill me, I'm calling the cops.

As an adult, perhaps, but it seems like constant shit talking is the standard of communication for kids today so I doubt she took it as a serious threat.
