Dimarzio X2N pickup. tell me about it

I know Chuck used it.
Anyone have any experience with it.
Im tired of using the EMG81 and dont want to worry about unplugging my guitar. Time for a passive pickup.

I found the X2N to be a bit muddy in basswood, and went with an Evolution instead, but Chuck's Stealth had an alder body so it may perform better there.
