While Solitaire was a near top pick for me in '04, Divine Decay's Maximize the Misery probably takes the top spot.
Entirely clean vox with somewhat elementary thrash riffs, Dimension Zero sounding drumlines (my best comparison), with sparse soloing that's not over the top, and often harmonized. I've read that Roope Latvala soloed a bit for this band, but I'm not sure which song(s).
