I once dropped my "Slaughter of the Soul" into the floor, shattering the CD and the case, like 2 weeks after getting it.
I once had my My Dying Bride "Trinity" in a suitcase that Scandinavian Airlines decided to beat with sticks apparently so it broke.
Both have since been replaced
As for the one musical item I have destroyed with the intent to kill: I once had this album on cassette but, after finding out that they were Christian cunts, I mercilessly destroyed it. RAAAH
I mean seriously, it has lyrics like this:

Well I didn't think that much... I got the tape for about $1 and my train of thought upon purchasing was "oh neat, they have a metal-looking logo and it's $1, how could I go wrong"

By the way, why would anyone want to burn the "Garage Days Re-Revisited" LP!!? My one is the $5.98 edition, bought when it first came out. :Smug:

What was the offending 7" in the original post? 
I think the only thing in my collection I despise is We've come For You All by Anthrax. I mean, hell, I've kept my Slipknot CDs and every blue moon I might listen to the first album (like once a year). I've kept Kittie's debut in case I ever want to listen to it again...but I can't bring myself to put that Anthrax on again. Took me three days to listen to it first time round and I haven't been able to bring myself to touch it again in two years.

got mine for $7 at a fleemarket. at the time, I wanted to burn it because I was completely frustrated with Metallica releasing St. Anger. I still can't listen to their early stuff because it bugs me how much they suck now.
if I can ever get someone to buy it, then off it goes.
