Yeah maybe theyll finally get tired of playing the same damn set theyve been playing for almost 3 and a half years now. Then again its Opeth, they dont ever rehearse, so maybe not. Im starting to get feeling the current stock setlist will go on the same give or take a few somngs for the next 10 years. if theya re even around that long.
I can see opeth lasting a while yet - I think akerfeldt isn't afraid to just do what he wants to do, which is really the key to a lasting band - they seem to all have a good relationship with each other, and opeths ever-rising popularity must certainly pay the bills. I think I read somewhere that akerfeldt takes 50% of his publishing money and divides it between the band - so they've all got to be doing well for themselves.

Considering Opeth didn't even tour the US before their Milwalkee Metal Fest appearance in 2000 this is cool..Plenty of Opeth tours and live shows to go around..-l-
