Does PAIN stand for anything?

No,not a dumb question and ,well........I think Peter said why he chose Pain in a really old interview.

I`ll see if I can somehow dig it up.

I`m sorry,but I have found nothing this far.

But I`ll try to see if I can make it out still:

He (Peter) claimed that "Pain" was a fitting name of this little outfit,as he already had figured out what kind of music and lyrics he wanted.

Pain was going to be about things that hurt,like sex,drugs,uneasy person relationships etc.

("She wipped","Injected Paradise" and "Bye/die" being good examples).

So,that`s my theory.
