Doop doop doopee I have no life

Why would I throw it at her? I think it just doesn't like me jerking the laser back n forth when it gets stuck.

Blerb. Cutting out paper is a pain in the ass... meh.

I actually went out friday night with some people from work who are cool to a pool hall...was fun because of the company, and the place actually had heineken on tap. :D Of course, the rest of the weekend was spent on here, or playing morrowind, or reading, playing music...various solitary endeavors, so I remain a slightly happy loser.

Saturday nights filled with boredom SUCK.

Can't listen to music cuz everyone else is sleeping, can't do anything cuz there's nothing here to do.

Someone please stick me in a wormhole and send me to a different time, this time sucks.

aaaaaaaagh

Move to NYC :)

New York City.. yuck. I'll stick to my forests and mountains instead of that concrete hellhole. I like being able to go outside without having to watch over my shoulder all the time as well.

Jesus christ the ignorance is just overwhelming. Do you really think that's how people live here?

Yes, because two family members live there as well as three friends. My family has been held up twice in the five years they've been there. One of my friends was beaten by three blacks for no real reason and the other two have had their apartment broken into. That's more than enough reason for me to expect the majority of people to live with that attitude/caution. Or maybe NYC citizens have become so densensitized to crime that they no longer care. At least it isn't Detroit, I suppose.

I come from a smallish town in the UK with almost no crime. I've now lived in NYC for over 2 years and I've seen almost no crime and been a victim of not one single crime, including on the many occassions I travel around the Bronx. None of my friends have been victims of crime in the time I have been here. Am I just lucky?

No....crime has really gone down in NYC over the last few years.
They've done a fine job of cleaning up that city...except when Juliani got rid of all the adult theaters and stuff. :yell: I have been to NYC more than once in my lifetime and was never afraid of being mugged or anything of that sort.

NYC seems pretty cool to me. I had a chance to go back in spring of 2001 if I stayed in the Lincoln University vocal ensemble. It would have been really awesome, but I opted out to get other classes in my schedule.

Violence is a part of any city, whether it's very visible or quiet.

Hmm it's too early I'm going back to bed. weeeeeee!
