Came in here to say this reality TV format they've used is beyond terrible. The ass kissing by the drummers and DT's arrogance are unreal. I hate this.

I think Mangini is great and he has the history with the members already. But I also think his personality might not be a match.

will be an interesting "reality" series for sure.

that being said Mangini seems to really WANT the gig. the other guys seem like really odd men out.

someone like Minneman who is a consumate pro is not the type of guy who "joins" bands.

I really enjoyed watching those. I particularly like Mangini and Minneman.
I don't know what the heck Agalloch is talking about. All the guys seems very chill and professional. I'm not seeing the "arrogance"
