Drum mix wtf is this shit!?

hey guys im not sure about the toms, I have a huge issue with mixing and getting them to sound the way i would like. I used the Chimaira samples, using Slate trigger too. I bought some LSD samples so ill do a mix with them and reply to this post with them. Be brutal and harsh with your comments... aka the truth...

Everything is waaaaay too scooped and treble-y. Get some mids and low-end in there and cut off some of that high-end.

well i cut out all the low freq from the toms at about 75hz, kick at 40. nothing is really scooped

are you talking about the toms or kit as a whole???

The kick and toms specifically are really dry. The snare is okay, in my opinion.

ok lets try this again, I add two kick tracks one low/high, same for snare. As for toms I used the LSD, not sure im digging the high tom but it works in the mix.
