Drum recommendation

What drums would you recommend for someone who is looking to start playing (me), ive played bass guitar for 3 years but i fancy having a go at drums. So...what do you recommend?

I play Tama but i´ve also played with Pearl in the past,pretty much the creme dela creme among drumbrands,if we talk specific models there´s tons of them.

I started like most people on a normal run of the mill 5pc. If your into metal make sure you get a double pedal with it, but don't worry about double bassing until you get a little more confortable on the kit. Tama and Pearl make good entry level sets. Heres a couple:

But a tip is to learn how to play with just one pedal first,it will gain you later on to be able to lean against a good foundation

That said, Dave Lombardo uses Tama. That's all I know about drums.

Yeah, that should give you rhythm control of one foot. Then learn to do open and closed high hats which should give you control of the other. Then use double bass.

I guess we all agree on starting on one pedal ;o
