Drumtracker IS OUT (demo available)

Basically, you can take your audio tracks from your drum session and put them in DrumTracker and it easily converts it to MIDI for you for BFD, DFHS, S2.0, EZD and Addictive Drums. Kinda like a really nice version of KTDrumTrigger. :) There is a video on the product page that demonstrates the basic use of it. I think it's actually very useful and I plan on purchasing it myself.

Just watched the video....so you could change lets say...the Devildriver drum multitracks and convert them into MIDI then fire that into DFHS. Haha awesome! Also good if you have tracked a really sloppy drummer it seems.

lol, i actually don't need it right now, as i only work with MIDI drums myself for now.

However, the very moment i get tracks from a drummer who kind of missed the beat here and there, this plugin will be bought in no time!

Probably not good for OHs. I think it's intended for drums mainly, even though the demo vid has hats in it...haha.

OMFG anything other than drumagog to convert hits to midi is a must purchase for me :OMG:

I will try the demo tonight.

Hmm...I suppose since you can add the hits in manually it would be ok for overheads, but even then it would have to be a pretty clean source to make it easy. Very cool product regardless, I want it :)

Well, it lets you do everything but convert to midi or use the midi out function, as far as demo limitations are concerned. So far, it's cool. Can't wait to get my hands on the real deal.

I can already see where this would benefit me greatly, it's much MUCH easier to use for mapping midi from a drumtrack than going through and finding everything manually that KT didn't find (mostly due to parts being too fast and it only picking up some of it).

Oh ho ho, Bob you old kidder! :Puke:

This does actually look pretty sweet, however I just bought APTrigga2 and the URS 1980 compressor (student discount at least) so I'm done with software purchases for awhile!
