Hi folks
Firslty a happy new year and to all the band good luck and success with Character's release. I have so far avoided downloading the album and am eagerly awaiting my copy in all it's shiny metal glory. With other such album releases from bands such as Paradise Lost (Metal!), Daylight Dies, Draconian and Primordial it promises to be one hell of a metal couple of months.
Yay!
Anyhew...I have aquired from my girlfriend a V-amp2 for Chrimbo...oh the nagging and 'subtle' hints that took to get. Heh. Even so, it seems that my inability to work all things technical has once again prevailed and despite the fact that it looks pretty with its red falshing lights I can't seem to get a decent guitar tone.
I know this is taking the piss somewhat but I was wondering if anyone within or attached to band or indeed anyone else who has a similar tone could post their V-Amp 2 settings just for a point of reference or a starting point for me to get a unique sound for my own stuff.
In fact if anybody has got a good heavy sound if they could post the right nobs to twist ...oh er...I'd appreciate it.
This is of course if you guys are still using V-amp's.
Right now to find a VCR forum for my video recorder.
