I would have to agree completly. If you watch the maiden dvd that came out in 05 I think they go into depth about the first two albums

Is that the 'Early Days' DVD that came out in 2004? I have been meaning to buy that actually, is it any good? Especially as I am a big fan of Di'Anno's stuff as you may have noticed, lol.

That DVD is absolutely excellent, highly recommended actually. It comes with some great vintage period-relevant footage from each of the first four albums.

This is a really weird opinion. The first two albums with Bruce Dickinson are the best ones. They started to lose steam with each successive album after that if you ask me.

Not at all. A Matter of Life And Death was a couple omitted songs away from being fucking brilliant (as it was it was good but way too long), and Brave New World kicks ass.

Brave New World has to be my favorite album, it was such a great return for Bruce.

He's less powerful, but he still hits all the notes and they play in the same key, which is pretty fucken remarkable.
