Hey Guys, Im new to mixing. So what im wanting to do is see if anyone is intrested in writing me some songs to mix for my portfolio...

Of course i can pay a little money for it too!!

I Want all different Types in the metal genre or even just some rock.

Guidelines : must include - Guitar DI's - Bass DI's or MIDI - Drum Midis - Vocals.... anything extra is a bonus!

Surf the forums. There are plenty of DIs and raw files/multitracks for you to mix. No need to pay anyone to write songs.

there is a site i forgot the name.. they have almost all most 100 tracks for mixing practice
dont need to pay anyone..

You are already in the Practice Room part of the forum where every 2nd thread is "mix this...." Go nuts with those threads. There is some great stuff in there.

Anyway, I had a little time and made you this song.

Double-tracked C-tuned guitars.
Growls and Clean vocals
Harmonized Leads.
Real amp/Cab/Mic.

I will post the RAWS after I Match-EQ the song to sound like a better song.
