hello
i want to record guitars to my friends home studio and edit in my home studio,my question is can i edit the wav file without re-export at cubase?if yes how to do that?thanks!

Um, there's a bit of a language barrier here, but from what you're saying, you want to track guitars over there, and edit them at your home, and then... not export them?

Yea I'm not sure what you're asking, but we need to know what program each of you are running. If you both have compatible versions of cubase, you won't need to export. If you're both using a different program, you have to export the Wav file, import it into your program, and then edit.

tracking daw: pro tools
editing daw: cubase
if i import the di (exported from pro tools) to cubase 5, can i edit it without reeder? maybe at ''edits'' folder? thanks

Not sure if I have understood but if you wanna import WAV files into Cubase, everything should be fine.
