Electronic Drum Kit Second Floor Apartment

AYO! I have an electronic drum kit i made out of a swingstar kit i had and i had a question. I have iron cobra double bass pedals and when i hit the bass drum it is loud for my neighbor below me (bass/vibrations). Is there any way to isolate the foot pedals from the ground so its not so loud? Thanks for any help

I think I might use that design but go for something a little smaller. I only need it for the pedals but this is a great start. Thanks!

We're pretty much in the same boat. I bought an e-kit 3 years ago and almost never played it because of this. As soon as i move to another apartment, i'll do the tennis ball thing for sure.
