Eleven rack possible to run as vst or standalone?

Hi guys.
Anyone here use a Eleven rack without Protools? I think it is impossible but wonder ..... Are there any edit tools or/and vst so you can edit the sound right on the screen ? Or are you forced to run Protools to GUI the interface on screen?

I have an eleven rack and without pro tools open the only editing and tweaking you can do is on the screen of the actual hardware.
Without using the GUI in pro tools you really limit the features.

Thanks for telling me man! I really wanted to get one but then I'm already in "insanity" world as I do not run ProTools and as I will use it most at home the edit on screen is what I want. Then I will have to go for something else. Thanks once again for telling me, no need to wonder anymore =)

There's now a hacked editor that runs independent of Pro Tools.
