Eluvium

new album going to be released (maybe is released) by the man behind Eluvium, Matthew Cooper.
It's called Miniatures.
Here's two songs from it on the eluvium website:

^Check pm mate. I bought the mp3's but I "acquired" it before I bought them. Will probably buy the vinyl, it's limited to 2k so I better hurry. Matthew is also in the middle of working on the next Eluvium full length, which is pretty awesome we have a little solo album to see us through to the next release.

Thanks

Great music as usual from Matthew. Suprised it's a limited release it could easily be the next Eluvium album. I wonder what the reasoning is behind the name change.

That's cool, any one who likes the band should definitely check it out. His update on the official site said the reason for releasing it under his own name was it felt like it should be something separate from Eluvium and it wasn't the direction he wants to take the band. But rather a little ambient experiment he has been working on. But I agree it's very similar to Eluvium's existing material. It's certainly more minimalistic than Copia. Never the less I'm loving it atm. How good are Miniature 4 and 5 :)!

Fairly new to this band.. Had heard of them before, but never bothered looking into their stuff.. Then good ol' TR3NTY BABI suggested i get Copia. Lovely album, very soothing.. Would be great come down music methinks.

I think i might actually prefer miniatures to copia though.. Only listened to the records like ..3 times each.. But yeah, miniatures seemed to click with me more.
