EMG SA vs. S pickups?

I wonder which would be better for me. I am looking for the sound of the PU's which come in modern standard made in USA Fender Strats. On the emg-page they write that the S is close to a modern Strat PU, but they also write that it is on the bright side and preffered by country players. To me the standard Fender PU's aren't that bright and definately not country sounding. Which one would you recommend?

i have a prs with an EMG SA set and it sounds really nice. id definately go for the SA. or get the dave gilmour scratchplate

I'd go for the SA..the S are too thin and brittle sounding IMO
