Just wondering how all that endorsement shit works (such as guitars). Is there a seperate contract you have to sign when you're approached by a label, budget limits, shit like that?

It's not really a contract thing, although you sign one with a few just to say you will represent the company to your fullest efforts etc. Sometimes it's just a verbal agreement.

Unless you're Metallica, it's usually at an artist's price, or dealer price, discount etc.
