Sorry orchid, as you can tell these people are fucking DEEP. I honestly have no clue, and have always regarded those whispers as effects more than anything, but it might be the backwards vocals whispering Warrel did in Sentient 6 from TGE. Try importing the track into an audio editing program like Logic and play it backwards and see if you can actually make out any words.

At the beginning of the song there is message played backwards that repeats the pre-chorus "we are the useless by-product of souless meat."
