Looks like a nice guitar, I wish they had a color chart up. I would surely want to play one before getting excited about it though. Can you find anywhere that you can play one??
Maybe it's just the photo, but it looks like the neck is a bit wider. My daughter has a Viper LTD and it's a decent guitar. I've never found a nicer electric than Godin from Canada. We had to sell ours during a rough money time and miss it terribly.

No offense but LTD's suck. I have a real ESP and am going to get a few more real ESP's I have played many many many LTD"s and the quality difference between the two is pretty huge in my opinion.

This is the one I have (only grey instead of black). I got it when they were still selling them in the US. Unfortunately, you'll have to go to a guy that can get you European or Japanese imported guitars to find it now .

I would be killed if I spent that kind of money on a guitar. Every review I saw of the one I got gave it really high scores. At least it is a "deluxe"
