You can, buy the import 1.3.8

And 1 stands for Babykiller, 3 stands for demos, 8 stands for MTD in its entirety, so, no it couldn't be 1.3.8 without the demo. Also the demo rules and clearly shows Knupp's vocal superiority on Choking on Bile.
