I'm in the process of doing a Media production. I have alot of footage that I filmed with a digital camera, all of which I saved onto a DVD in .vob, .ifo files etc. etc.

I need a program that will extract this onto my PC, losslessly, into a format that Adobe Premiere can read (avi, mpeg etc.).

Can anyone help out?

FlaskMPEG can read .VOB files and covert them to any format and any codec that's available on your system. FlaskMPEG is also free.

I used to use DVD Decrypter to decrypt them to vob files, then Auto Gordian Knot to convert them to XViD AVIs. Both are available at www.doom9.org I believe.
Can premiere read the decrypted vob files though? cause if you convert them into xvid avis your gonna lose alot of quality...
