Face of melinda introsound...

Well I know this sounds a bit freaky but I was listening to an old song by Cressida called cressida and I made a little observation. In the intro of that song there is the exact same upfaded sound that is used on face of melinda, my guess is that opeth simply sampled that sound. :Spin:

I love that song, and if this is true, Ill bet it's only a coincidence. Let me pull out the cd and check......Ok, Im sorry, but I don't hear what the hell you're talking about, it sounds nothing like the first upfade sound of Face of Melinda. It just starts with the 70's organ or whatever, mellotron. Sorry man, but I don't hear it. Im glad I found this thread, making me listen to this great album.
