Concerning the name thing, they mustn´t necessary be "fake". Sometimes bands don´t know about each other, and it only comes out about the same name when they get a proper deal and wanna publish for the same region (eg. worldwide, US only, Europe only, or just locally) because then usually record companies will battle. But the term "Edge Of Sanity" is not completely uncommon, so it could have happened accidentally.
