I'm buying a iMac this week and it's coming with the osx lion 10.7.3.

The M-Audio support page says the lastest drivers for OSX is the 10.7.2 version, have you tested it with the 10.7.3 version?

You should be fine. I own a FTP and it does it's job just fine for quick, at-home-plug-and-play/record stuff. I can't use the installation disc, I have to go to M-Audio's site and download the latest drivers to get it to work when I install it on a computer.

I wouldn't worry about it. install the 10.7.2 drivers and check for updates, they usually get them fairly quickly.
