I probably eat honey nut cheerios more than any other, but I also like frosted flakes, rice crisipies, corn pops, and raisin bran. I don't eat cereal very often though considering I'm lactose intolerant.
just checked the nutritive value of my bagels in my fridge, it's 250 calories per bagel so I don't know where you're getting your numbers RiA. They might be injecting fat directly in your bagels down in the USA?

i usually eat good, whole grain, organic cereal but if I am splurging and have the munchies...I can go with numerous things as I LOVE cereal, but it's usually honeycombs. addicting.
