what do you mean with "memorized"? isn't it easier to read the sheets whilst playing?
Well, I read it when I'm learning it, but I have to play it so many times to get it correct, by that time I've got it fully memorized. :p But I follow along if I'm in a part I'm unsure about, if thats what you mean.

Dvorak's 9th Symphony, specifically the 4th movement
Bach's Toccata & Fugue, Branderburg
Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring
Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition and Night on Bald Mountain
Pachelbel's Canon
Chopin's Marche Funebre
Edvard Grieg's Hall of the Mountain King

Jean Sibelius - Finlandia
Richard Wagnar - The Ring (w/out words)
Edvard Greig - Peer Gynt Suite No. 1

But my Fav. is probably...
Shostakovich: String Quartet No. 8
