pantera's cover of planet caravan was an excellent computer animated video, exceptional for the time.
evergrey's i'm sorry video was also really well done
im kinda spoiled with music videos, i make music videos as a hobby alot of people call em mashups, and have alot of friends ive made online that also make videos.

Arguably not metal but these are the only music videos I've ever liked and thought worth spending my money on. I have all of them on DVD. They're amazingly inspiring for me. If there were ever a movie made like these (with similar imagery and such) it would be my favorite film.
