I'm in dire need of some guitar wireless units! But as everyone knows, I can't afford the high dollar 400-700 dollar units!:ill.....because I need to buy 3 systems, cause we have two guitarists and a bassists.

So, anyone had some experience with lower dollar Wireless units??

i got a senhiser digital 1000 used for like 125.00 and the reviews are just awesome on harmony central about them. They say they don't effect your tone at all unlike most wireless but they are a battery hog!!

Ive only used mine for a short time but sounds great and is not vhf crap and has never drooped signal yet and i can agree my tone is very very close to a cord. Oh yea and its 4 channel also :headbang:

Might be one kind to look into!

Stay away from the Nady shit and the AKG guitar bug. I bought the top or the line Nady, and had to return it three times before saying fuck it. I could never bring it to a gig. Something would always fuck up in em, an hour after I plugged em in. I'm gonna take a shot at the Sennheiser and shure stuff.
