I absolutely love that drink on a hot day.

I also have my very own drink, I make at parties and everyone loves it:

Fresh squeezed lemonade, crushed mint, passion fruit and vodka lime/ regular in a blender with ice.

Depends on the weather really... we just had one of the worst heat-record-breaking weeks here in the east coast and it was NASTY outside.
So nasty, no one wanted to be outside for more than 5 minutes.
Thank the gods for AC.

But if the weather is nice, sitting outside on a summer night and drinking one of those summer drinks is awesome!

Every evening at 6, millions of people are gathering in the piazze for spritz time. Maybe that's just in this part of the world, though.

Mojito as well but that's mainly a night/bar drink.

Also mint ice water ftw.

Also, sometimes I make a dry-mojito on hot days when I don't feel like drinking alcohol.


aaaaaaand not to mention, the Israeli classic snack on summer days:
water melon cubes with shredded mint on top (and if you're really risky: with cubes of feta on top too)
SO GOOD!
