Every riff in Blackwater park..especially the very last one!
Godheads lament intro
Night and the Silent water Buildup
Every riff in white cluster
The Leper Affinity intro fiff
The funeral portrait main riff
Intro riff to the Amen Corner
The awesome middle section of Forest of October
In mist she was standing at around 2:50 or so
Opening riff to Nectar
The main riff in Bleak

'Run Away' part of Demon of the Fall.
All of Blackwater Park (the song).
Intro/Ending of The Drapery Falls.
3:42 in White Cluster. When it hits a crescendo.
0:25 in Under The Weeping Moon.
Buildup in The Night and The Silent Water.
3:45 in In Mist She Was Standing.
Intro to Moonlapse Vertigo.
End bluesy riff to Credence.
All of Advent.
And a shitload from Black Rose Immortal which I can't really be bothered getting right now.

The fact that i've heard little from opeth apart from the Blackwater Park album probably has something to do with the emptiness of my list. I'm hearing more and more now, but i haven't listened to enough yet, no where near

I don't want to list all I like, but two that I do enjoy in a special way are the similar "single guitar then both + band" ones in Serenity Painted Death and Black Rose Immortal. Too lazy to check times. Listen now to find them!

Edit: Ok, I realized that like every riff in BRI is like that. It's the one at.. 4:30 or something.

Uhh too many...
Counting just the ones from MAYH and later:
The first two riffs in Demon Of The Fall
The first riff in Bleak
The main riff in Dirge For November
The first distorted riff in Face Of Melinda
The intro riff to April Ethereal
The riff at about 6min in The Moor
Most riffs in Blackwater Park

Even though every riff is fantastic, my favourite is from Advent, underneath the vocals "It was all true...". My second fav is the fast-paced ending to Karma.

I've got to name one rom each of the two best albums:

MAYH-
Karma-Second riff, one just beofre the "aaaahhhh". I love the guitar interplay, and the cool but evil melody, and most of all, the pculiar groove of the riff. It just rules! I had been hoping for more of this style of riffing on BWP, but to no avail....

Still Life-
Tie Between the second riff in Moonlapse Vertigo(just beautiful!) and the clean riff at 4:28 in Serenity Painted, the odd timing one. Again, a style of riffing I hoped to hear a lot on BWP.
