Feedback plugins for ampsims?

Hey.

so, Softube have a great feedback simulation called Acoustic Feedback. Do any of you guys use this or any other package for this job, or do you not bother at all.

I guess you could do that during tracking, but I'm talking about mixing DI tracks.

Nothing beats reall feedback, if you make a search in the fourm you can find a feedback file i uploaded that's like.. 20 or 30 seconds long I dunno, sampling real feedback is better than "generating" it with a plugin too... or do the phones/guitar thing like sturgis!

did you record feedback in different keys, or would you say that's overkill.

might borrow an amp/guitar and build a little sample library instead.

That was tracked using lepous recto to monitor with and then reamped through a 6505

Yeah man.

Problem is if I'm dealing with pre-recorded di tracks, my options are more limited. hence the need for " artificial " feedback.

I'm gunna get my mates Line 6 Vetta and a les paul or something and record some of my own.

im actually a little curious about this.. i rate softubes products highly..

edit: gonna have to try the demo after watching that video ive got an old expression pedal knocking about somewhere
